1 – 3 (Poor): Argumentative, inconsistent, untrustworthy, or bad demeanor. (Model applies negative multiplier).
4 – 7 (Neutral): Average witness. Clearly states facts but lacks "spark." (Standard baseline).
8 – 10 (Star): Charismatic, sympathetic, articulate, and trustworthy. "Jury Gold." (Model applies bonus multiplier).
Attorney Confidence Score (1–5)
Your professional "gut check" on the winnability of the case.
1 (High Risk): Significant liability disputes or causation issues.
3 (Standard): Clear liability, typical defenses expected.
5 (Slam Dunk): Aggravated liability (DUI), clear damages, zero defenses.
Vehicle Descriptions (Crucial)
